Concrete Production

Location: Woodburn, IN, 46809

We are seeking reliable individuals for our Concrete Production team. The ideal candidates will have a strong attendance record, be comfortable working with their hands, and be capable of performing physical labor in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
  • Mix and pour concrete into prepared forms

  • Assist with removing product from molds/forms

  • Clean and oil all forms

  • Maintain and utilize the forms properly

  • Perform daily work area clean up

  • Good attendance and dependability.

Qualifications
  • Good attendance record is essential.
  • Comfortable with manual labor and working with hands.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
Hours
  • Shifts start at either 6:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Work continues until the concrete sets, typically around 3:30 p.m., with potential for overtime.
  • Occasional overtime on Saturdays may be required.
Bonus Eligibility

Earn an additional $3/hour bonus, increasing your rate to $21/hour, by maintaining perfect attendance and good job performance each week. After 90 days, the rate increases to $22/hour. Bonus eligibility is available starting the first week of employment if requirements are met.
