A well established leader in agricultural products and services is growing its animal nutrition sales team and seeking a Territory Manager - Dairy to drive growth and strengthen relationships with large scale dairy and poultry producers across the Upper Midwest. In this role you will join a high performing collaborative team focused on delivering value driven solutions to progressive livestock operations while building long term partnerships that help producers thrive.

The Job
You will work directly with a diverse portfolio of customers and prospects ranging from large dairy farms to feed mills spending about 50% of your time traveling across a multi state territory. You will provide strategic consulting in feed programs livestock nutrition and operational efficiencies while maintaining trusted relationships with key decision makers. As part of a collaborative sales and technical services team you will share account responsibilities contribute to territory growth strategies and expand your own book of business while ensuring customer success.

The Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science Dairy Science Ag Economics or related field plus 5 years of territory management experience
 OR 10+ years of relevant sales experience without a degree
• Proven experience working with large dairy farms and/or commercial feed mill operations
• Solid understanding of dairy and poultry nutrition feed sales and marketing strategies
• Skilled in consultative sales with the ability to influence executive level and on farm stakeholders
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business technology tools
• Highly customer focused with a genuine desire to help producers succeed
• Comfortable with up to 50% overnight travel (depeding on your location)
• Based in Northeastern NE, Southeastern SD, Northern IL, IA or Wisconsin
• Thrives in a collaborative team oriented environment
