About the Clinician's Workday

The vascular/interventional radiologist will provide on-site inpatient coverage Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a 7 on 7 off schedule, with weeknight and weekend call responsibilities. Procedural responsibilities include performing biopsies, cysts, aspirations, paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar punctures, and arthrograms, with an expected volume of 8-10 procedures per shift and up to 8-15 procedures per day. General diagnostic imaging is to be performed between interventional cases as able, utilizing Powerscribe 360 for dictation and McKesson PACS along with Philips IR equipment for clinical operations. Board certification is required for this assignment.
