Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our hospital construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring that each project is completed successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Plan, oversee, and deliver construction projects from conception to completion.

§ Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and work timetables.

§ Select and coordinate contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.

§ Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits and licenses.

§ Direct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite.

§ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.

§ Address potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

§ Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.

§ Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

§ Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and reports.
