What You Will Be Doing We are recruiting a highly motivated Project Manager with a strong background in HVAC/Mechanical construction and a proven track record in healthcare projects. This hands-on, field-based role requires exceptional project management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. The Ideal Candidate Manage all aspects of HVAC/Mechanical construction projects, focusing on healthcare facilities.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to specifications. Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues proactively. Other Essential Functions Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in HVAC/Mechanical construction.

Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects. Strong understanding of HVAC/Mechanical systems and construction processes. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
