Job Requirements
  • Active RN license
  • 3+ years of Level III NICU experience
  • BLS required

  • Experience with IV insertion, delivery room stabilization, CPAP, and ventilators preferred
  • Ability to float to postpartum when needed
  • Strong teamwork, critical thinking, and flexibility in a neonatal care setting
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality neonatal nursing care to infants across a range of gestational ages and acuity levels
  • Monitor and respond to the needs of patients in a Level III NICU environment
  • Support delivery room stabilization and neonatal resuscitation as needed
  • Manage equipment such as bubble CPAP, ventilators, high-flow nasal cannula, feeding pumps, and IV pumps
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe staffing and excellent patient outcomes
  • Document accurately in Epic and communicate clearly with the care team
  • Assist with postpartum assignments when floated
