Vegas Postal & More is looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Shipping & Postal Clerk to provide outstanding customer service while assisting customers with their shipping, mailing, printing, and business service needs.

Responsibilities
  • Greet every customer with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Process shipments through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
  • Weigh, package, label, and prepare shipments accurately.
  • Assist customers with mailbox rentals and postal services.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
  • Provide copying, printing, scanning, faxing, laminating, and document services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store appearance.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Answer phones and assist customers with shipping questions and service options.
  • Stock shipping supplies and retail merchandise.
  • Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Follow all company policies regarding shipping regulations, confidentiality, and customer service.
Qualifications
