Overview

The GreenState Family Fieldhouse is currently seeking outgoing, motivated people to join our fieldhouse operations department. Supporting the FieldHouse Director, the Fieldhouse Operations Attendant will get hands-on experience with hosting events, including but not limited to, various youth and adult indoor sports, public open court play, youth camps, and community events.  Provide excellent customer service to patrons. Must have experience working with the public of all ages, and a self starter able to show initiative where needed.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.00 to $13.00.

EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

Responsibilities
  • Keep the facility clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Check in patrons at front desk, and operate a point of sale system.
  • Setup and break down areas for daily events.
  • Enforce facility rules and ensure guest compliance in a friendly but professional manner.
  • Collect and organize booking files and event recaps.
  • Provide excellent customer service-greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with phone inquiries.
Qualifications
  • At least one (1) academic year remaining at a 2- or 4- year program
  • Available to work approximately 10-20 hours/week in an office setting
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent worker, must be able to work alone 80% of the time
