Skills & Experience
  • Expert hands‐on experience with PostgreSQL in large‐scale, mission‐critical production environments.
  • Strong expertise in PostgreSQL backup, restore, and recovery strategies.
  • Deep understanding of PostgreSQL High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures, owned and executed within L2/L3 operations.
  • Advanced performance tuning skills, including query optimization, indexing strategies, vacuum/analyze tuning, locking analysis, and capacity planning.
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL security features, including role‐based access, auditing, encryption, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Proven experience operating in a 24x7, SLA‐driven managed services environment.
  • Hands‐on ownership of Sev‐1 / Sev‐2 incidents, problem management, RCA creation, and CAP execution.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
  • Experience supporting regulated enterprise environments, including audits and compliance evidence generation.
