Position Summary
The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will contribute to ongoing research projects and support the dissemination of scientific findings through scholarly publications and professional engagement. The fellow is expected to work independently and collaboratively within the research team while maintaining compliance with institutional and ethical standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare, write, and submit first-authored manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
  • Analyze and interpret research findings and contribute to the dissemination of research outcomes.
  • Attend and actively participate in research-related seminars, journal clubs, laboratory meetings, and other scholarly activities.
  • Present research findings at local, regional, and national scientific meetings and conferences.
  • Stay informed of current scientific developments and emerging research methodologies relevant to the field.
  • Collaborate with faculty investigators, research staff, and other trainees to advance project objectives.
  • Complete all required ethics, compliance, and responsible conduct of research training in accordance with institutional, federal, and funding agency requirements.
