At Post Consumer Brands, we believe great work happens when big opportunities meet an inviting, team-focused culture. As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll help lead the people, processes, and daily execution that keep our warehouse running safely, efficiently, and with quality at the center of everything we do.

If you’re a hands-on operations leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and making a visible impact, this could be your just-right next step.

About the Role

As our evening Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead day-to-day warehouse operations in Dallas while helping the team deliver safe, efficient, high-quality service to internal and external customers.

This role is both people-focused and operations-driven. You’ll support team members across two shifts, guide daily execution, help achieve site goals, and build the structure needed for a safe, accountable, and high-performing warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operators, Specialists, Leads, and Sanitation team members across two shifts.

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, post-production assembly, staging, and loading.

  • Partner with Warehouse Leads, Dispatch, and internal teams to execute workload and meet customer expectations.

  • Drive site performance by supporting successful execution of goals and Key Performance Indicators.

  • Create and communicate employee schedules, validate payroll hours, and support coverage needs.

  • Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance, including work with external technicians and contractors.

  • Lead safety procedures, monthly safety meetings, incident investigations, reporting, and follow-up actions.

  • Maintain warehouse standards for food quality and sanitation, including PCB and SQF requirements.

  • Manage training, certification, and documentation for Leads, Specialists, and Operators.

  • Support continuous improvement, standard work, and best practice development with the distribution center team and internal partners.

  • Ensure operations are conducted safely, within company values and policies, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Make a real impact. You’ll help shape daily operations, support the team, and keep work moving safely and efficiently.

  • Lead and develop people. This role gives you the opportunity to coach, recognize, train, and grow a warehouse team.

  • Be part of beloved brands. Your work helps support products that families know and enjoy.

  • Build something better every day. You’ll partner across the distribution center to improve processes, strengthen standards, and support long-term success.

  • Find the right mix. You’ll have the resources of a larger company with the connected, team-oriented feel of a smaller workplace.

Location & Travel

This role is based in Dallas.  This role may require being available on call nights and weekends to support the team as needed.

Ready to Make an Impact
