Job description

Why Socure?
Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy - verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.
We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won't be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself - keep reading.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Solution Consultant, Post-Sales to drive the successful onboarding and measurable outcomes for clients leveraging Socure's AI-powered identity verification and fraud prevention platform RiskOS. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of cutting-edge product, machine learning and AI tools and real-world client implementation - helping organizations unlock the full potential of Socure's predictive models, automated decisioning workflows, and data-driven intelligence.
This role is ideal for someone who is self motivated, energized by AI and automation, comfortable working with data-driven decisionmaking, and eager to translate technical sophistication into tangible client value in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
Implementation & Solution Delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end platform implementation process, ensuring timely and successful deployments.
  • Collaborate with clients to define solution architecture, configure platform components, and tailor implementations to meet specific business needs.
  • Develop and refine best practices for scalable, high-impact implementations.

AI-Driven Onboarding & Implementation
  • Lead onboarding efforts that put AI and automation front and center - configuring Socure's intelligent decisioning engines, ML model outputs, and automated workflows to align with each client's risk and identity strategy.
  • Guide clients through best practices for integrating AI-powered signals into their existing tech stacks, ensuring they're positioned to get immediate value from Socure's predictive capabilities.
  • Translate client business goals into optimized platform configurations that leverage Socure's models to their fullest extent.

Data Optimization & Performance Tuning
  • Partner with clients to analyze acceptance rates, false positive/negative trends, and model performance data - identifying opportunities to fine-tune configurations and maximize accuracy.
  • Use data and intelligent tools to proactively surface insights and recommendations that improve identity pass rates, reduce fraud exposure, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal data and product teams to ensure client environments are calibrated for optimal model performance over time.

Automation & Workflow Enablement
  • Help clients design and implement automated decisioning flows that reduce manual review, accelerate approvals, and scale intelligently with their business.
  • Support the configuration of rules engines, thresholds, and AI-assisted workflows that replace repetitive manual processes with intelligent automation.
  • Identify opportunities and implement and automated repeatable processes to enable faster, more consistent client deployments.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues during deployment, with a particular focus on data pipeline integrity, API performance, and AI model response handling.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients navigating complex integration scenarios, escalating strategically when needed.
  • Partner with Support and Customer Success to ensure a seamless, data-informed client experience.

Training, Enablement & Thought Leadership
  • Deliver engaging training sessions that help client teams understand not just how to use Socure's platform, but why the AI works - building confidence and internal champions.
  • Contribute to enablement resources, playbooks, and documentation that reflect current best practices in AI-powered identity verification.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a feedback loop between clients and Socure's Product and Engineering teams - translating real-world deployment learnings into actionable product insights.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Data Science to ensure clients are consistently realizing measurable ROI from Socure's AI capabilities.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of identity or fraud related experience in technical implementation, solution consulting or support engineering - preferably in SaaS, AI/ML platforms, or data-driven technology.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automated decisioning systems, or data analytics - you don't need to build models, but you should be excited to work closely with their outputs.
  • Strong working knowledge of APIs, data integration patterns, and web-based platforms; comfortable translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A data-curious mindset - you look at performance metrics and ask "what can we improve?" rather than "what does this mean?"
  • Ability to manage multiple client workstreams with structure, clarity, and a bias toward proactive communication.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, analytical, or related field.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, risk modeling, or compliance platforms.
  • Exposure to ML model outputs, feature engineering concepts, or data pipeline tooling (e.g., SQL, BI tools, data warehouses).
  • Experience working in enterprise client environments with complex technical stacks.
  • Background in a startup or high-growth SaaS company where ambiguity is the norm and speed is a feature.
