Foreclosure Post Sales Processor

Location Phoenix, Arizona | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

• $24.00 per hour

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Full-Time

• W2 employment

• Start date: TBD

Role Impact

The Foreclosure Post Sales Processor ensures foreclosure files are accurately finalized and properly conveyed following sale. This role directly supports compliance, loss mitigation, and revenue protection by managing post-sale documentation, disbursements, and title transfers. Success in this position means meeting strict deadlines, maintaining accuracy across multiple states, and ensuring all regulatory and investor guidelines are followed.


Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and process post-foreclosure sale accounts in Arizona, California, and Nevada

• Complete conveyances to FHA (Federal Housing Administration) and VA (Department of Veterans Affairs) following finalized foreclosure sales

• Prepare and process disbursements for third-party foreclosure sales

• Issue Trustee’s Deeds and manage Deed in Lieu transactions from initiation through completion

• Review title and foreclosure documentation and navigate servicer internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance


Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage servicing, escrow, or foreclosure processing

• Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Core Tools & Systems

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Vendor foreclosure processing platforms and mortgage servicing systems

• Advanced 10-Key proficiency and typing speed of 50+ WPM


Preferred Skills

• Experience handling multi-state foreclosure processes

• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in document review and financial disbursements

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to shifting priorities
