Weโ€™re looking for an OEM Cell Leader to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead daily production operations for the OEM cell, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Plan and execute production schedules, balancing throughput and takt time.
  • Oversee MIG/TIG welding, CNC laser cutting, and brake press operations.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate setups, tooling, and material flow.
  • Maintain and enforce standard work and visual controls.
  • Ensure product quality through inspections and corrective actions.
  • Coach and develop team members; manage task assignments and shift handoffs.
  • Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Track and report KPIs; collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
  • Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary in manufacturing/industrial technology is an asset.
  • 3+ years in metal fabrication/manufacturing operations preferred.
  • 1โ€“3 years of team lead or supervisory experience.
  • Hands-on experience with MIG/TIG welding, CNC lasers, and brake presses (setup/programming exposure is a strong asset).
  • Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support multiple shifts when needed.
