In this role, you will:

  • Work directly with the client to set strategy and ideation
  • Write creative briefs and present to creative teams
  • Pitch and present to stakeholders and clients
  • Lead onsite and virtual events from planning through execution
  • Develop content and manage creative execution to ensure messaging is consistent, targeted, and impactful
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with assigned internal clients
  • Collaborate with internal studio teams including graphic design, presentation design, digital, copy, video production, and post-production
  • Research and understand business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that shape programs and campaigns

Knowledge & Experience

You'll bring practical experience in communications and events, with the ability to speak clearly about projects you've led and the skills you've built along the way. You should be energized by working at the center of activity, balancing internal collaboration with client-facing responsibilities.

  • Experience in a creative events or Account role, with expertise in one or more of the specialty areas above
  • Strong experience delivering projects while balancing time, cost, and quality, and adapting to evolving client needs
  • Experience working across extended teams that may include full-time, freelance, and part-time contributors
  • Ability to motivate, coordinate, and drive teams toward timely delivery
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not required

Skills & Attributes

  • Client management skills with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to develop creative ideas and build thoughtful communications plans
  • Experience overseeing content such as presentations, videos, and multimedia assets
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Strong copywriting instincts are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
  • Willingness to work primarily in a Miami office setting
