Key responsibilities

  • Drive customer outcomes by managing customer health, expansion signals, and risk resolution across accounts.

  • Own customer work throughout the lifecycle, including running workshops, POC delivery, and leading QBRs and account planning.

  • Coach and develop Growth Analysts responsible for zero-to-one pilot delivery.

Job description

The Role

You'll coach and develop our Growth Analysts, who own zero-to-one pilot delivery, while working alongside Strategic AI Partners on post-pilot enterprise engagement.

You'll report to a VP of Customer Success.

What You'll Do
  • Drive customer outcomes. Own customer health, expansion signals, and risk resolution across your accounts. Escalate strategic decisions to Strategic AI Partners.
  • Own customer work across the lifecycle. Run workshops and POC delivery in the pilot phase, and drive QBRs, executive briefings, and account planning in the post-pilot phase.
  • Lead your Growth Analysts. Coach and grow the GAs on your team who own zero-to-one pilot delivery.
  • Shape product decisions. Translate customer signals into product feedback that shapes what we build.
  • Playbook contribution. Help build and refine the templates, trackers, and playbooks the Strategic AI Partner team runs on.
  • Customer presence. Travel to customer sites as needed for in-person work with customer teams.
What You'll Need
  • 3-5 years of experience. In Customer Success, strategic account management, consulting, growth, operations, or a comparable high-ownership role.
  • Client-facing rigor. You've owned real client relationships or high-ownership internal work. You know how to close action items, drive alignment, and find opportunities to grow the relationship.
  • Analytical instincts. You structure ambiguous problems, pull signal from data, and turn findings into recommendations.
  • Concise and structured. You think in structure and can defend a point of view. Not surface-level, not verbose.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You can operate without a playbook and build one as you go.
  • Ownership. You finish what you start and the quality shows.
  • AI-native curiosity. You use AI seriously in your own work and want to push how AI agents can transform customer operations.
  • Industry curiosity. You'll work with customers in industrial distribution, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, and similar verticals.
  • Communication. Your writing lands; you can explain complex things clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • In-person availability. 5 days/week in our New York or San Francisco office.
What You'll Get
  • Real traction. The product works, customers are live, and we've already driven over $200M in incremental revenue for customers. This isn't a bet on an unproven thesis.
  • Deep partnerships. Backed by Insight Partners with deep ecosystem partnerships across Google, NVIDIA, and Microsoft.
  • Customer impact. You'll drive measurable operational change inside the customers you own.
  • Stage. Early enough to shape how InstaLILY runs customer relationships and expansion at scale.
  • Culture. Offices in New York, San Francisco, and London. Sharp, low-ego team moving fast.
  • Growth. The learning curve is steep.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience
  • Equity. Generous stock options awards and refreshers for top performers.
  • Benefits. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Well-being stipend, In-office lunch reimbursement, PTO and 10 US Federal Holidays, and more!
