Meals and catering. Run the daily lunch program. Coordinate catering for meetings and events, manage headcounts, and handle vendor relationships.

Meetings and scheduling. Book conference rooms, manage shared calendars, and coordinate the logistics that keep meetings starting on time.

Vendors and service providers. Serve as point of contact for building maintenance, cleaning crews, equipment service, and office suppliers.

Background We Are Looking For

Three or more years in office administration, office management, workplace operations, or a comparable role. Bachelor's degree preferred, though a strong track record carries more weight.

Valid driver's license and consistent daily access to a personal vehicle you are willing to use for local business errands.

Working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Clear written and verbal communication. You will be emailing vendors, leadership, and the entire staff.

Sound judgment and the ability to hold several priorities at once without losing track of any of them.
