Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to work PRN within our therapy team at Idaho State Veterans Home located in Post Falls, ID.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
  • Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians' orders
  • Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve
Qualifications

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy
