Dental Assistant (No Experience Required – We Will Train You!)
  • Company: Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry
  • Location: Post Falls, ID (Requires local travel between our Post Falls and Hayden clinics)
  • Job Type: Full-Time (32–36 hours per week)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:10 am to 5:20 pm (No Weekends!)
  • Pay: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE) + High-Yield Performance Bonuses
  • Sign-On Bonus: $300.00
No Dental Experience? No Problem! You do NOT need prior medical or dental experience to apply! If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a heart for helping kids, we will teach you the rest. We provide a comprehensive, hands-on, on-the-job training program designed to build your skills from the ground up and turn you into a confident, highly capable clinical assistant.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Experience: Zero clinical experience required! Bring a great attitude, and our dedicated mentorship program will handle your training. (Note: Experienced DAs are also highly encouraged to apply!)
  • Travel: Reliable personal transportation and a strict willingness to travel locally to support both our Post Falls and Hayden office locations.
  • Certifications: Active BLS/CPR Certification (or a willingness to obtain it upon hire).
  • Software: Basic computer skills (Familiarity with Open Dental is a bonus, but we will train you!).
  • Mindset: A true team player with excellent communication skills, a willingness to grow, and someone who completely aligns with our mission to make dentistry fun for kids.
  • Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; a pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly adhere to all CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety guidelines.

  • Pediatric Chairside Care: Learn to assist our pediatric dentists during clinical procedures with a high level of efficiency and a gentle, comforting touch.
  • Patient Comfort: Use kid-friendly language to ease dental anxieties and create a fun, safe, and positive environment for children and their parents.
  • Multi-Site Support: Adapt smoothly to traveling and supporting operations across our local clinic footprint as scheduled.
  • Clinical Flow: Master the art of preparing, sterilizing, and turning over treatment rooms efficiently while maintaining absolute safety and infection-control standards.
