Behavior Technician (BT) – Paid Training + Growth Opportunities
Salary: $21.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Afternoon Shift | Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours)

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents.
  • Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills.
  • Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA.
  • Track progress and document session notes.

Schedule Requirements:
  • Afternoon availability (after school hours).
  • At least 4 days per week.
  • Occasional weekend availability may be requested.
