Position: Project Management Coordinator II Location: Sparks, NV
6-month contract - with the ability to go direct / rolling Ability to obtain Secret Clearance As a Program Management Coordinator II, you should have intermediate time management and communication skills as you will collaborate with vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Your main responsibilities will be to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information, break projects into actionable tasks and set timeframes, liaise with stakeholders to facilitate project execution and assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. You’ll also ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve, help prepare budgets, analyze risks and opportunities, monitor project progress and address issues that arise via proper communication and escalation. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders, work with the Program Manager to remove roadblocks, use tools to monitor and control performance, plans and expenditures and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and status reports. Must-haves:
Fundamental MS Office Skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Demonstrated ownership of tasks, organization skills and attention to detail
Possess strong communication and client-facing, teamwork skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance Preferred:
Development of proposals to include administrative tasks as assigned
Data entry into PM Systems
Collaborating with internal Leadership, vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams, such as IPT leads, CAMs, Tech Leads and PA’s to ensure program activities will accomplish objectives
Conflict resolution especially those related to resource assignments
Monitoring project progress against baseline schedule and facilitating process improvement initiatives Successful Candidates will demonstrate:

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least 3 years of relevant experience
