Fusion HCR is seeking a Project Manager to support a variety of small-to-mid-sized initiatives within a premier hospitality environment. This role will act as a generalist PM, driving projects across multiple business areas including guest services, marketing technology, and operational systems.
The ideal candidate is highly polished, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects while interfacing with both technical teams and business stakeholders. This role requires someone local to Las Vegas, comfortable working onsite and navigating a fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environment.
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Manage multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously across hospitality operations and technology teams
- Drive end-to-end project execution including planning, timelines, risk management, and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between IT, marketing, operations, and vendor partners
- Support integration initiatives involving guest systems, travel/booking platforms, and automated communication tools (e.g., email/SMS campaigns)
- Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
- Ensure seamless alignment between technical solutions and business needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
