These roles can include customer service, housekeeping, food service, or front desk management. The job may require strong interpersonal skills, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of a posada?

They may also oversee housekeeping staff, arrange local tours or experiences for guests, and address any issues or special requests that arise. In smaller establishments, Posadas often manage administrative tasks such as inventory, budgeting, and supply ordering. The role is highly interactive, requiring collaboration with housekeeping, maintenance, and local vendors to ensure guests have a memorable and comfortable stay.
