Job description

Our restaurant group, Down the Street Eats is currently building a pool of qualified candidates for Server, Bartender, Service Support-Host/Hostess, Busser, Expo positions. A pool of applicants means we are collecting and interviewing candidates in advance, so when openings become available, we already have a group of qualified individuals ready to be considered. This posting is for individuals who may not be actively looking for a job right now but would like to be considered for future opportunities with our restaurant group.


As part of our hospitality team, you will provide excellent customer service, ensure smooth operations, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Our full-service locations are in Winter Park and in Granby.


Qualifications for Front of House

  • Previous experience in working in restaurants in any front of house roles. (Bartender applicants should have at least 1-2 years of or at least serving experience.)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (for Bartender role).
  • Teamoriented, has positive attitude, and reliable.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages (for bartender role).
  • Assist Servers whenever needed (for service support role).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
  • Handle payments and operate POS systems as needed.
  • Do other tasks assigned by the Manager.
