Job description

Details is a downtown Eau Claire fashion boutique looking for a part-time Sales Associate who loves fashion and enjoys connecting with customers. This is a floor-selling role where your personality and product knowledge make the difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent customer experience on the sales floor
  • Build and maintain relationships with regular customers
  • Process sales and returns using our Shopify POS system
  • Keep the floor organized, stocked, and looking sharp
  • Stay knowledgeable about current inventory and new arrivals

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in fashion retail sales
  • Comfortable with Shopify or similar POS systems
  • A natural with people — warm, engaging, and remembered by customers
  • Reliable and takes pride in their work

Schedule & pay:

  • Part-time, 2–3 days per week
  • Monday–Saturday, 10am–5pm
  • Flexible scheduling
  • $18/hour
