The Human Resource team at client is seeking an Office Administrator that will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Office supplies management
  • Calendar and travel management
  • Executive assistance to leadership
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and paperwork
  • Vendor and contract coordination
  • Expense report management
  • Event and activity coordination
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Arrange catering and meeting logistics
  • Ownership of conference rooms and shared spaces
  • Onsite shipping and receiving coordination
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
