About the Role

We are seeking 4 Software Engineer III professionals to support a high-priority, compliance-driven initiative within a fast-evolving engineering organization. This project involves modernizing development workflows using AI-driven, spec-based development and multi-agent systems.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-assisted software engineering, where development, specification, and validation are increasingly powered by intelligent agents.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Work on a compliance-focused project supporting multiple POS/payment networks
  • Analyze network specifications and ensure systems adhere to evolving standards
  • Leverage AI tools (Claude, etc.) to:
    • Generate specifications from requirements
    • Assist in code generation and problem solving
  • Operate within a spec-driven development model, where:
    • Requirements ? AI-generated specifications ? AI-assisted development
  • Collaborate with multi-agent AI systems to automate and enhance workflows
  • Validate and debug AI-generated C++ code, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Support certification cycles by quickly identifying and resolving defects

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)? Core Engineering
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in modern C++
    • Ability to read, evaluate, and validate AI-generated code
  • Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)

? AI & Modern Development (Non-Negotiable)
  • Hands-on experience with Claude in real-world development workflows

  • Strong experience with Python (used alongside AI tools for scripting/workflows)

  • Multi-Agent AI Experience (REQUIRED)

    • Proven experience working with agentic or multi-agent systems
    • Understanding of:
      • Agent collaboration
      • Task orchestration
      • Workflow coordination across agents
  • Experience using AI as part of the development lifecycle:

    • Requirements ? specifications ? implementation ? validation
  • Familiarity with CLI-based AI workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot CLI or similar)


? Quality & Validation
  • Strong ability to:
    • Identify and fix issues in AI-generated code
    • Ensure high-quality, production-ready outputs
  • Comfortable operating in a verification-heavy environment

Nice to Have
  • Experience with payments systems, POS networks, or certifications
  • Background in compliance-driven projects
  • Experience with OpenAI or other AI tools in addition to Claude

Work Environment
  • Onsite, 5 days/week (Texas strongly preferred; Atlanta considered)
  • Collaborative, fast-paced team environment
