Project Manager we are seeking: What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end project management for merchandising and IT initiatives (planning, execution, delivery).
- Partner with business stakeholders (merchants, supply chain, finance) and IT teams to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships.
- Facilitate Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies as needed.
- Drive system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across merchandising and retail platforms.
- Ensure clear communication and reporting to senior leadership.
Project Manager Skills We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of project management experience, with proven success in retail, merchandising, or supply chain technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of merchandising systems (allocation, assortment planning, category management, inventory).
- Experience with ERP, POS, or retail systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, JDA/Blue Yonder)
- Background in IT project delivery (SDLC, Agile/Scrum, technical integrations).
