Now Hiring: 3rd Key Holder / Cashier - New Olean Store!
Step into a role that combines hands-on customer service with leadership responsibility in our brand-new Goodwill store in Olean! We're looking for a Cashier who can also serve as a Key Holder - supporting daily operations while helping lead the team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to grow from a front-line role into retail leadership.
What You'll Do
  • Provide excellent customer service as a primary cashier, creating a positive checkout experience
  • Operate the register and ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing the store
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, providing support and direction to team members
  • Train and assist Store Associates to maintain strong performance
  • Support sales floor, donation door, and merchandising activities
  • Assist with donation processing, including sorting, pricing, and meeting production goals, as needed
