GCM understands the challenges companies face when it comes to the skills and experience needed to fill the void of the day to day function.ย  Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job.ย 


Qualifications

Plans, directs and coordinates activities for M&A projects to ensure
that goals and objectives of those projects are accomplished within
prescribed deal time frames and budget. Will interact with client,
customers, and suppliers to meet the objectives of the project. Must be
able to develop a project plan with milestones and resource allocation.
Must have strong attention to detail and be able to accurately take
minutes and update agendas and send them out in a timely manner. Must
have good PC skills, with knowledge of project planning software, as
well as word processing and spreadsheet programs and have working
knowledge of the project discipline (e.g., real estate, purchasing,
operations). Must have good organizational skills, be analytical, and be
able to interact with all levels of management. Needs excellent verbal
and written communication skills. Spanish and Portuguese fluency a plus,
due to all projects being located in Central or Latin America.
