Role and Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Manager, Program Management & Operations will manage the integrated portfolio, operations, reporting, and workflow infrastructure supporting Employee Experience, Talent Development, and Organizational Effectiveness. This role will convert priorities into clear plans, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure programs are delivered accurately and on schedule. This is an individual-contributor role and is not an administrative-coordinator position.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Maintain the integrated annual roadmap, program calendar, milestones, owners, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate execution across HR, business leaders, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Information Technology, vendors, and global stakeholders.
  • Track risks, decisions, action items, resources, and required leadership escalations.
  • Establish consistent project plans, status reports, dashboards, templates, and operating procedures.
  • Prepare concise executive reporting on progress, risks, decisions, budgets, and upcoming milestones.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and program records.
  • Support survey, onboarding, learning, talent, event, and change-program operations.
  • Identify and build practical AI, large language model, automation, and low-code workflows.
  • Develop process maps, requirements, prompts, testing plans, user guidance, and controls.
  • Measure time savings, quality improvements, adoption, errors, and business impact.
  • Partner with technology, legal, security, and HR systems teams to ensure responsible implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in program management, PMO, HR operations, coordination, or business operations.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong project planning, risk management, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
  • Ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Experience creating executive presentations, dashboards, and operational reporting.
  • Experience using AI, low-code tools, workflow automation, or similar technology to improve business processes.
  • Ability to document, test, implement, and measure automated workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HR, talent, learning, engagement, or change programs.
  • Experience in a global or Korean-headquartered organization.
  • Experience with Workday, Power BI, Smartsheet, Workfront, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, contracts, and procurement processes.
