As an Operations Specialist you will experience an eCRM (electronic Customer Relationship Management) focused firm specializing in utilizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform (SFMC).

As an Operations Specialist you will support our Solutions teams focusing on campaign quality assurance and the design and delivery of technical marketing solutions. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to meeting our clients' goals while providing you an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally as you begin your digital marketing career.
What you'll do: Operations Specialist- in the Digital Marketing Services Enablement will...
  • Ensure our clients' digital campaigns and journeys, including email, SMS, and mobile push are error free prior to deployment, applying QA best practices and platform-specific processes across SFMC and our growing MarTech portfolio.
  • Participate in client strategy sessions and requirement gathering conversations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure technical goals are understood and documented before work begins.
  • Create and follow internal quality control and quality assurance processes, including leveraging tools like Litmus and QC checklists to validate campaigns before they go live.
  • Gather and learn how data is used in marketing campaigns and journeys, including writing basic SQL queries and working with audience segmentation tools within SFMC.
  • Work with team members to build and deploy campaigns using Automation Studio and Journey Builder, and develop awareness of the broader SFMC platform suite.
  • Develop awareness of Adobe Experience Cloud products as the team's platform portfolio expands, supporting QA across platforms as exposure grows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
