We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world.
The Global Real Estate Lease Administration team is responsible for managing and administering Apple's real estate leased and owned properties, providing strategic portfolio management through reporting of portfolio key data and critical dates, maintaining the system of record, and developing relationships with property managers and landlords. The team works with many internal cross-functional business partners including Real Estate, Facilities, Project Management, Legal, Tax, Risk Management, Corporate Accounting and Finance, third-party consultants and landlords.
We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Portfolio Manager to oversee a portion of Apple's Global Real Estate portfolio.
Description
As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will ensure the financial and legal compliance of an assigned lease portfolio. You will manage and optimize Apple's global real estate assets to align with the company's operational and strategic objectives, while maintaining accurate lease data and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships.
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of experience in corporate real estate portfolio management, lease administration, or a related role, specifically on the tenant/occupier side.
BA or BS in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience managing large-scale corporate real estate portfolios across multiple geographies.
Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex lease administration and payment issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration
Unsurpassed customer focus, with a "Can-Do" attitude.
Experience with real estate lease administration platforms and systems of record (such as CoStar, Yardi, or similar)
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a dynamic environment
Experience working and communicating with all levels of an organization.
Extremely proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
