JOB TITLE: Lot Porter
DEPARTMENT: Service Department
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Lot Porters are responsible for the appearance of the new and used RV lots, including the cleanliness of the RV’s and the general appearance of the sales area.
EDUCATION: High school diploma, some college preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
License or Certification: Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
One Year of Experience: A minimum of one-year detailing experience preferred. Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.

ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Lot Porters are exposed to the following conditions
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: Varied activities including sitting, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, stooping. It requires eye-hand coordination, finger dexterity. Frequent lifting/carrying items up to 50 pounds. Occasional stress from balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
