Summary
The Senior Analyst- Port Ops Support Data Analyst supports the New Business Operations and Port Processing Audit teams by collecting, validating, analyzing, and visualizing operational, financial, and audit-related data. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining datasets that support operational performance, process improvement, audit effectiveness, and strategic decision-making. The role works closely with Operations, IT, vendors, and management teams to enhance data visibility, ensure data integrity, and strengthen business intelligence capabilities.
Responsibilities
-Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
โ€ข Collect, validate, and consolidate operational, financial, and audit-related data from multiple systems and sources.
โ€ข Create recurring KPI reports supporting port operations, process audits, profitability reviews, and management reporting.
โ€ข Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, operational risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
โ€ข Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reporting platforms.

Compensation Range
