All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health, justice and hope. The Enterprise Applications Administrator serves as the technical owner of enterprise business applications, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, integrated, and optimized to support organizational operations. By partnering with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into effective technology solutions, this role enables employees to effectively use enterprise systems while maintaining the integrity, performance, and sustainability of the organization's technology environment.
  • Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications, including CRM, ERP, productivity, and other cloud-based business systems that support organizational operations.
  • Manage application security, user access, system configurations, integrations, data integrity, and system performance in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements, provide technical expertise, and configure, implement, and optimize enterprise applications that support business operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex application issues, coordinate vendor support, and resolve system incidents affecting enterprise business applications.
  • Plan, test, document, and implement application upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and system changes while supporting effective change management practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, system standards, data management practices, and user resources that promote consistent application administration, adoption, and data quality.
  • Monitor system performance, vendor enhancements, and technology trends, recommending technical improvements that strengthen security, reliability, scalability, and end-user experience.

HOW YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT:
  • Four (4) years of related experience administering enterprise business applications, CRM or ERP platforms, Microsoft 365 technologies, identity and access management, or other cloud-based business systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; substantial relevant experience will be considered in place of a degree.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise application administration, configuration management, SaaS platforms, identity and access management, enterprise data management, system integrations, troubleshooting, and vendor collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze functional requirements, resolve technical issues, prioritize competing requests, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to employees with varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Advanced mastery of Microsoft 365, business productivity applications, enterprise software administration tools, and common business technologies.
  • Demonstrates resilience, awareness, and sound judgment while navigating changing priorities, resolving complex technical issues, and supporting organizational change.
  • Thrives in a complex environment and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance end-user experiences throughout the technology service lifecycle.
  • Successfully completes tasks in a low to moderate noise environment.
  • Interacts with others and performs work in person and through the use of technology, with moderate periods of stationary activity and moderate periods of increased physical activity, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, and operating computer equipment.
  • Moves equipment and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Travels between worksites occasionally; valid driver's license and motor vehicle records clearance may be required depending on business needs.
  • Meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other program- or state-required clearances.
