You will be working Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. • Conduct thorough patient assessments and take medical histories to ensure accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and order diagnostic tests, interpreting results to formulate evidence-based treatment plans that prioritize individual patient needs.
• Administer vaccinations and medications, while educating patients on preventive health strategies and lifestyle changes that promote overall well-being.
• Monitor chronic health conditions, adjusting treatment plans and coordinating referrals for specialized care as necessary.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient encounters using the EPIC EMR system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of care delivery.
• Advocate for preventive health measures that aim to improve patient outcomes and enhance wellness.

The Family Practice Physician Assistant will cater to a varied patient demographic, treating individuals from infancy through adulthood. • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program is required.

• Proficiency in the EPIC EMR system is advantageous to streamline documentation and patient management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and critical thinking aptitude are key competencies necessary for this role.

• Experience in family practice is preferred, particularly in outpatient settings.
• A demonstrated background in preventive care methodologies will be considered an asset.
