Job description

What's the role

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify, define and track requirements, scope and objectives - with the objective to successfully meet the set targets
  • Prepare, analyze and utilize reports of business activity (e.g. forecasts, inventory planning, pricing, etc.)
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and ensure all stake holders are aligned on timeline and deliverables
  • Coordinate with various teams for daily / monthly / quarterly goals and directives
  • Provides general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranges meetings, composes regular correspondence, processes confidential reports and documents (electronic and hard copy files), and tracks deadlines.
  • General admin including scheduling for travel, process accounts receivable and payable, filing & office organization and general administrative assistance for the office as needed
  • Coordinate with various teams for daily / monthly / quarterly goals and directives
  • Prepares documentation for new hires, or changes in pay, status or benefits.
  • Establishes, maintains and controls employee records, recruitment records, files, correspondence, reports, and organization charts.
  • General admin including scheduling for travel, filing and office organization.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal government requirements.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable
