SUMMARY

We want to put healthcare back in the hands of the patients and clinicians, with a focus on preventative care. The Enterprise Account Executive will play a pivotal role in leading efforts to build and maintain strong relationships for stakeholders both internal and external to Curative for our large employer group client offerings. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the overall Enterprise Accounts strategies for Curative, aligning with the company objectives and market trends. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success, exceptional client relation skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maximize overall client retention rates for enterprise key accounts focused on managing their assigned book of business to overall profitably, enhancing overall client satisfaction through excellent service and strategic planning.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with assigned clients, brokers, and consultants, understanding each of their business goals and key initiatives, and seeking opportunities to enhance value for all parties.
  • Lead new business implementation efforts for enterprise / large employer accounts. Delivery of a leading implementation end to end for enterprise accounts. Identifying the tools and resources required to deliver on the implementation strategy, including on-going planning for future enhancements.
  • Work with brokers and employer groups for seamless onboarding and recommend and design process improvements for administration, continuity of care and differentiated experience.
  • Drive successful open enrollment meetings maximizing membership, employer group onboarding and member engagement.
  • Quarterback client and broker escalations for employer group and member issue resolution.
  • Establish and drive continuous process improvement efforts across the organization by creating feedback loops (both internal and external) for client and member experience enhancements.
  • Attend Client and Broker meetings to drive relationships and exceed client expectations for service and delivery.
  • Work with employer groups and brokers to drive completion of baseline visit and maximize Curative offerings. Ability to understand pop-health drivers and trends to align with Curative based solutions to drive continuous value.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions, proposals and strategic initiatives to attract new Curative clients.
  • Participate in revenue growth through contract negotiations, successful renewals, pricing strategies, and effective account management practice.
  • Capture actionable insights from customers and work with product to shape new future offerings and drive valuable, informational employer group reporting.
  • Act as liaison to Curative leadership on industry and market demands to impact product, and tech development, along with driving organizational process improvements. Thought leader open to change to improve the organization and deliver on our mission.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of relevant management experience in Health Plan Operations preferably in employer group health coverage
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Account Management, with a proven track record of success
  • Previous experience managing large, complex or national clients with 1k+ employees
  • Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry, business practices, trends, and developments.
  • Experience interfacing at all levels internally, with clients, brokers, consultants, and any external partners required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Adept in planning, influencing, leading change, working in a challenging environment, and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Remote position, with frequent travel
  • Proficient in working with Google Suites

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid State Health and Life License

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK/TRAVEL This is a full-time remote position, and core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may at times require extended working hours and weekend work. Travel may be applicable.
