Hands-on and Certified expert Data Architect specialized in population health data, with advanced proficiency in complex data modeling, Understanding of Patient Care, Engagement, Care Coordination, Value based care, risk sharing models. Population Health: Experience in Epic Caboodle Received Claims data model Understanding of Patient Care, HEDIS, Engagement, Care Coordination, Value based care, risk sharing models.
Expert in EMR data, claims data, public health databases, healthcare coding (ex. ICT), social determinants of health data,
Experience or Familiarity with Arcadia analytics platform for Population health.
Experience or Familiarity with EPIC EMR Reporting (PowerBI)
Expert in Data Modelling, Power Query, Power Pivot and DAX for report development Data Analytics: Experience in data cleansing, ETL toolsets (SSIS, Matillion etc)
