THE TEAM The Pool team at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is dedicated to creating exceptional outdoor guest experiences through attentive service, hospitality, and teamwork. Reporting to the Manager, this role works closely with pool attendants, food and beverage colleagues, and hotel leadership to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable poolside experience. YOUR ROLE As a Poolside Server/Bartender, you will play an essential role in delivering outstanding food and beverage service in a luxury hospitality environment. You will create memorable guest experiences by providing personalized service, preparing beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming pool area, and ensuring all service standards and regulatory requirements are met. HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE * Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to poolside guests, ensuring orders are served accurately and promptly. * Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage offerings while anticipating guest needs and preferences. * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with TABC regulations and company standards. * Process guest payments accurately using the POS system and maintain proper cash-handling procedures. * Build meaningful guest relationships through personalized, attentive, and professional service. * Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the pool deck, service stations, towels, and guest areas. * Uphold hotel standards for appearance, professionalism, and service excellence at all times. * Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless, safe, and enjoyable guest experience.
