About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and driven Registered Massage Therapists to join the Tonic Spa team. Our RMTs deliver exceptional, personalized treatments within a premium wellness environment, combining hands-on care with access to S&T's broader ecosystem of fitness, recovery, and wellness services. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will build lasting relationships with guests, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with other practitioners to support each guest's individual wellness goals. You will also have the opportunity to integrate Tonic Spa's state-of-the-art recovery and biohacking technologies, including red light therapy, compression therapy and hot & cold therapy into a more holistic approach to care.

This role is ideal for an RMT who is passionate about their craft, committed to delivering a best-in-class guest experience, and motivated to build and retain a strong book of recurring clients.

This position requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability to align with spa operations and guest demand. Please ensure you can meet these requirements before applying.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver premium treatments by ensuring all offerings are executed with precision and care, consistently aligning with Sweat and Tonic's world-class standards.
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and treatments in strict accordance with CMTO guidelines, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Encourage clients to re-book based on their personalized treatment plans, enhancing their overall wellness journey.
  • Complete thorough and accurate SOAP entries for each client post-treatment to ensure seamless continuity of care.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene standards by sanitizing treatment rooms after each guest, ensuring they are prepared and optimized for the next practitioner.
  • Inspire, support, and engage with fellow team members to foster a cohesive, collaborative, and elevated working environment.
  • Work alongside other practitioners to develop customized treatment plans, ensuring holistic and individualized client care.
  • Deliver a luxury customer experience at every touchpoint, both in and outside of treatment sessions.
  • Participate in exclusive promotional events, photoshoots, and marketing campaigns, embodying the Sweat and Tonic brand at every opportunity.
  • Respond to internal and client communications promptly, ensuring seamless client and team interactions.
  • Keep management informed of diminishing supplies or equipment needs to maintain uninterrupted service quality.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience treating within a reputable spa or wellness clinic
  • Experience in building and retaining clientele
  • Registered with CMTO and in good standing
  • Valid liability insurance/ malpractice insurance
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated to build up your business
  • Must be passionate about fitness and health
  • Existing clientele is an asset
