JOB SUMMARY

As a Digital Designer for Elite Digital, you will work on the Creative Design team to develop compelling visual and written content that resonates with diverse audiences across various platforms. This role demands a high level of creativity, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of digital marketing and social media dynamics.This role is best suited for a designer who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of projects, proactively solving problems, and delivering high-quality work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced agency environment.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create beautiful and functional designs for a range of digital and print projects including websites, emails, digital ad campaigns, marketing materials and more.
  • Develop and implement creative and engaging content strategies for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Tailor content strategies to suit a diverse range of industries, including consumer, B2B and pharma sectors.
  • Create high-quality visual content using standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and other content creation apps or platforms as needed.
  • Craft compelling written content that engages and grows social media audiences.
  • Collaborate with both the creative design and marketing teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and identity across all digital platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through execution, ensuring deadlines are met and content is consistent with client expectations.
  • Take ownership of projects from brief to execution by interpreting requirements, identifying gaps, and proactively proposing effective creative solutions.
  • Occasionally, meet with clients to share strategy, concepts and results.


EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL SKILLS and KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, supported by a strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your design process, problem-solving approach, and individual contributions to each project (not just final outputs).
  • Prior experience working in an agency or fast-paced, multi-client environment is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on clean, precise, and production-ready design files.
  • Highly resourceful and proactive, with the ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply insights across multiple industries and audience types.
  • Ability to operate independently as a freelance contributor, taking full ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality work with minimal direction.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including experience with components, auto layout, and scalable design systems, along with strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience creating video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
