SCHEDULE: Full-Time or Seasonal (weekends and holidays required during peak season: May–September)

COMPENSATION: Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Burning Tree Country Club is seeking professional, hospitality-driven, and service-focused Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to Members and guests through attentive service, strong communication, and a commitment to excellence.

Servers play a critical role in executing both à la carte dining and Club events, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards, traditions, and service philosophy of Burning Tree Country Club.

As a Server, you play a direct role in shaping the Member experience and upholding the Club’s service standards.

The Essentials (Core Responsibilities)

• Provide attentive, personalized service to Members and guests throughout their dining experience

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them in a timely and professional manner

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, including food, wine, and beverage offerings

• Anticipate Member needs and provide proactive, thoughtful service

• Maintain proper tableside etiquette and service standards

• Follow all food safety procedures and maintain awareness of food allergens

• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently

• Complete all side work duties including restocking, polishing, folding napkins, and resetting tables

• Assist with greeting and seating Members when needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area

• Work both independently within assigned sections and collaboratively with the team
