Key Responsibilities
  • The Basics: Answering phones, taking messages, and greeting visitors.
  • The Logistics: Receiving packages, sorting mail, and keeping an eye on office supply levels (making sure we never run out of the good pens!).
  • The Creative Side: Helping out with some light marketing tasks—perfect for someone looking to build a resume in business or communications.
  • The Keeper of the Space: Ensuring the co-working area feels welcoming and organized.

  • Flexible Schedule: We need help between 10–30 hours per week. We schedule in advance so you can actually have a life outside of work.
  • Work-Life Balance: Our business hours are strictly 8:30AM – 5:00PM, Monday -Friday. No nights, no weekends, no "emergency" Sunday emails.
