Join our Cloud Bar team as a Pool Bartender. This position delivers prompt, friendly, courteous service to guests ensuring all orders for are done accurately and in a timely manner. This position works shifts in our Cloud Bar rooftop pool bar.

This position is responsible for:
  • Serve properly mixed and proportioned drinks, in a timely manner, to guests and servers.
  • Have excellent working knowledge of liquors, beers and wines.
  • Upsell and suggestive sell of both food and beverage to guests.
  • Requisition and restock bar with all essential products and equipment.
  • Monitor environment in room (temperature, lighting, music, televisions).
  • Observe and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
  • Check identification of guests ensuring alcohol is served only to those patrons of legal drinking age.
  • Monitor the intake of alcohol of guests, prohibiting sale of alcohol to those who are intoxicated.
  • Serving guests table side in lounge and/or restaurant as needed.
  • Communicate with guests and respond to feedback in a positive manner, resolving any service issues.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication & guest service skills
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have or be able to obtain Food Handlers and TABC certification.
  • Perform any and all other duties assigned and/or required by management.
  • Must be able to lift, pull, push 50lbs+.
  • Must be able to walk, stand up to 10+ hours shift. Working Conditions: exposure to weather conditions, hazardous chemicals, and exposure to all food and beverage options.
