WHAT YOU WILL DO - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Diagnostics & Repair:
  Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, identifying electrical, mechanical and airflow faults accurately.
* System Maintenance:  Perform comprehensive maintenance and system tune-ups to optimize performance, efficiency and indoor air quality.
* Advanced Components:  Service and replace critical components, including compressors, fan motors, electronic expansion valves (EEVs) and control boards.
* Modem Refrigerants:  Stay ahead of industry changes by safely handling systems and navigating the current transition to new Low-GWP/A2L refrigerant 
* Pool Equipment Service & Repair:  Diagnose and repair residential pool pumps, motors, heaters, filters and automation systems, keeping equipment running efficiently in Florida's demanding climate.
* Customer Excellence:  Deliver clear, transparent explanations of system issues to homeowners, providing honest recommendations without high-pressure sales tactics.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience:
3+ years of dedicated residential/light commercial HVAC service and diagnostic experience.  Pool equipment experience is a plus.
* Certifications:  Valid EPA Section 608 Certification required.  NATE certification is a plus.
* Technical Skill:  Strong command of electrical troubleshooting, airflow dynamics and refrigerant charging.
* Professionalism:  A clean, professional appearance and strong communication skills.
* Credentials:  Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
