As a family-owned and operated company, we’ve grown into the leading residential pool service provider in the area and we’re just getting started. We go beyond pool cleaning and repairs, we enhance quality of life, helping families relax, connect, and enjoy their time together.

We’re looking for a hands‑on, people-focused Pool Account Manager who thrives in the field, not just behind a desk. The Pool Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and our operations team, building strong relationships through exceptional customer service, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through. This role is responsible for maintaining existing client partnerships, fostering new relationships, and ensuring every customer receives a high level of service from start to finish.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Annual salary of $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
  • Paid vacation and paid holidays
  • 401k with a company match
  • 50% of employee health premium paid by Platinum Pools ($250 per month cap match)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring proactive communication, timely follow‑up, and effective service solutions that strengthen relationships and drive satisfaction.
  • Lead and drive new client acquisition by proactively identifying, cultivating, and converting high‑value opportunities, building a robust revenue pipeline that fuels sustained, long‑term growth.
  • Conduct regular site audits to evaluate quality, identify enhancement opportunities, and address client concerns promptly and professionally ensuring positive outcomes and sustained trust.
  • Oversee financial performance by monitoring budgets, tracking job costs, and managing account profitability. Prepare and present enhancement and renewal proposals that support client goals and business growth.
  • Develop and deliver professional proposals and contract renewals, providing timely follow‑up within 24 hours and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
  • Maintain accurate client records, KPI reports, and other administrative documentation. Participate in leadership and strategic planning meetings to support operational excellence and organizational success.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in pool account management or a related role within construction, maintenance, or field service operations.
  • Strong understanding of service economics, labor efficiency, and field productivity metrics.
  • Willingness to be present in the field- leading by example and supporting techs on‑site when needed.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, leadership, and client relationship management skills. Experienced managing multiple client accounts, budgets, and service deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience with scheduling and service/project management software.
