While our primary focus is custom in-ground swimming pools, we don't expect you to come from the pool industry. You'll work closely with our construction team to ensure a smooth transition from signed contract to completed project while building lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.This helps candidates understand what they're actually being measured on.What We're Looking ForPrevious consultative, outside, or relationship-based sales experienceExperience selling residential construction, remodeling, home improvement, outdoor living, kitchens and baths, landscaping, roofing, windows, HVAC, or similar projects is highly preferred.
