Our Supplemental Staffing Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, placement, and management of Aramark team members to meet short-term staffing needs in our client partner locations within their designated region. This role blends human resources, sales, and client service, ensuring the right candidates are matched with the right positions at the right time. 

This is a great opportunity to use your full-cycle hourly recruiting experience and combine it with your passion for job matching, community building and maintaining an engaged workforce. You'll hire and manage Aramark hourly Food Service Workers, Cooks, Baristas, Environmental Services Workers and Patient Transport Workers are working in our hospital settings, helping our teams care for patients and caregivers, and bringing hospitality to the hospital work environment.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $70,000.00 to $90,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

  • Identify staffing needs: Work with hiring managers and clients to determine temporary staffing requirements

  • Sourcing & screening: Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Interview & assess: Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates.

  • Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with site operations leaders, candidates/employees, community organizers and internal stakeholders 
  • Manage team members: Schedule shifts using an AI-enabled program, support team members in assignments, manage biweekly payroll for team members.

  • Team member experience: Provide a positive, supportive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process and for our Supplemental Staffing team members who support client locations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, work experience can be substituted.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in staffing, recruitment, or HR; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software 
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to have constructive coaching conversations and maintain employee dignity

    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

    • Networking and relationship-building skills
