Job description

Duties:- To work as a part of a team to complete service requests within company specified time limits.-Turn apartment (resident move out and apartment make ready).-Perform and document preventative maintenance.-Assist with deferred maintenance, if necessary.-Identify and correct safety issues.-Assist residents with any maintenance requests. Requirements:-HVAC Certification required.-CPO certification required.-Experience in plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs required and must have general technical abilities.-Must have own vehicle and some tools and a valid driver's license.-Position requires emergency on call after hours or weekends (occasional) and is compensated by comp time.-40 hours/week.-References required.-PLEASE BE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW, HIRE AND START.
